Cornwallis read Washington the riot act for what would then become of America and it's people. At that point Washington should have done the honorable thing by creating a Doctrine of Conquest. This conquest document would have documented that a victorious nation (America) in war acquired sovereignty over the conquered nation (British Crown) and could exert its own legal and political jurisdiction chosen by its sovereign residents. But he wasn't honorable for claiming the spoils of war that the American Patriots and colonist fought for. Instead he capitulated to King George III allowing him to dictate his own terms for peace.
1783, King George's Treaty of Peace negotiated by head Mason Ben Franklin for the King.
In this Treaty the King made his States Sovereign and Free, not We the People.
Most of these States were governed by Scottish and English Masons.
1787, Constitutional Convention. Ben Franklin never created a document for We the People defining what form of a Republic we were to have, and the responsibilities to it. Therefore, this allowed the first breach of the US Constitution Article IV. No Republic.
After the above events all knew they could not take an oath and honor it swearing to up hold "the Constitution for the United States of America" Therefore, just before Washington was sworn into office as POTUS, the very First Act of Congress 1789 was to change the title of the Constitution to what doesn't exist in law or at law. "the constitution of the united States." Yes, a technical CYA Act.
1791, to seal the deal for the King so America could be built on well into the future, Washington and Hamilton created the First Banking System for the King with all foreign charter members.
The founding of America is truly a can of worms if you read what they did and didn't do opposed to what we are taught in their school systems.Ri-chardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02481277091594910649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9214341243689226818.post-32826911646575921492021-09-19T16:52:19.141-06:002021-09-19T16:52:19.141-06:00I don't have one, but if I were you I'd tr...I don't have one, but if I were you I'd try Paul Bessel's page: http://bessel.org/homepage.htmBarryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18328102772349876717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9214341243689226818.post-14626788680420146852021-09-09T09:02:40.233-06:002021-09-09T09:02:40.233-06:00Question?
